I'm now 30 weeks and struggling majorly to stay awake and function normally. In the last few days I have started feeling really naseous in the mornings again and yesterday I thought I was going to faint after lunch. ANyone else experience nausea in late pg, after it having gone away earlier? I was very ill indeed in the early stages and was sick from weeks 4 until 18, pretty much all day every day.

I am just so tired. I slept for 8 hours last night, pretty much undisturbed, but i am now sitting here at mydesk wondering how much longer I can stay awake.....

I have had 4, and with every one of them the nausea returned in late pregnancy. Found that the same tricks worked- don't let yourself get as far as feeling hungry- eating little and often tended to make me feel better.

I am also 30 weeks and finding I could really use a nap most afternoons. I can totally relate to the third trimester struggle. I often feel nauseaus if I'm tired and hungry so have to watch that. Other thing I MUST do is remember to take my vitamins - they really help when I take them. I missed a couple of days of vitamins over the Christmas holidays and geez... did I notice it.

Because I work full-time during the week I have been spending a lot of time napping on the weekend just trying to catch up.

Just keep trying to eat well, take your vitamins and get as much sleep (and fresh air) as you can - I'm finding I need more than 8 hrs sleep or I am just barely getting by - I think it's all the extra effort and strain on my bod and the fact I'm up 4 times in the night to pee! Although I know baby will be keeping me up in about 10 weeks, and I will be tired I just keep looking forward to having baby out and getting some of my body back.

Hope you feel better soon, at least it's a temporary condition and we know what the cure is

thanks everyone - problem is my 3 year old is also waking up constantly in the night at the moment and daddy has absolutely no clout with him - only Mummy pretending (!?!) to be really cross has the desired effect of getting him back into bed. 8 hours is the bare minimum these days.

AM hoping that next week when i stop travelling for work it will get a bit easier as I am still flying back and forth to the UK which is totally knackering.....

Have a half day today to go to the hospital for another scan - so at least am only here till lunch
