Back Pain From Sitting Upright

I am 25 weeks and getting increasing back pain from being sat in an upright position. This means sitting in the car and in my office chair is becoming unbearable.

My work have done what they can to make me comfortable. My office chair is set correctly, I have a footrest and cushions but nothing seems to be helping. The only thing that helps is lying down, which might get me a few funny looks in the office!

Does anyone have any tips on getting more comfortable or easing the discomfort? Walking round only works the first few times, the effect has worn off by the 15th trip round the floor!

Maybe try a birthing ball when you're at home, this helped me. and swimming...

Keeping up right is best really as if you do lots of slouching, this encourages baby to go into back-to back position (as told by MW when i was carrying DD)
