Recommendations for DIY hypnobirthing CDs?

Hello,

I wanted to do the free NHS hypnobirthing class in my area but (long story) I can't get in. I've been given some private contacts but TBH not sure about the cost at the moment.

I wondered if any of you ladies had recommendations for a hypnobirthing CD (with or without book) I could buy and do at home. I really just want to get into a good mindset and be be able to 'switch off' mentally in labour and not panic when I get to the hospital.

Effective Birth Preparation (Hospital or Birth Centre): A Self Hypnosis CD Programme (Natal Hypnotherapy Programme) by Maggie Howell. I use this about 3 times a week. I bought it was Amazon for £11.99.

Ooh I was going to recommend the same, but I used the home birth preparation one. There is a range of cds here

the Marie Mongan CD and book are £12 on ebay....
