Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yes, extreemly common. It's probably everything just stretching to accomidate your womb! Congratulations! I had mild period crampings and bleeding early pregnancy and am sat here at 39+4wks.
If you are concerned by them or the pain is side-specific, you get any other odd symptoms like headache, nausea or unwell bowels, bleeding, shoulder pains, dizziness etc, don't hesitate in getting seen by someone asap (by asap I mean go to A&E), OR if you just don't feel right go and see someone. Early pregnancy is a very concerning time, and if speaking to someone helps you sleep, then do it!
