How much exercise are we actually allowed to do? I'm so confused by the 'keep fit' but 'don't get overheated'/ 'you shouldn't get out of breath or sweat' message I seem to have got. I've got free gym membership this year, so really keen to make the most of it on the one hand, but not sure what I could do that fits all the above criteria?!

Exercise to where you are breathless but not speechless. You should be able to carry a conversation. And keep hydrated. Listen to ur body you can't go wrong.

The overheating thing I've never liked cos before I was pregnant even after 5 mins exercise I'd be bright red and dripping in sweat but for me that was normal and that was manageable.
