Not at all sure about this, but would love to do a little cycling on an exercise bike. Am 28 weeks & have (IMO) pretty big varicose veins 'down there'. V uncomfy to walk & as this was my main form of exercise in my last 2 pregnancies not sure what else I can do. (Can't swim locally). My MW pretty useless (sorry to any v good MW out there). Am normally very fit as I run & am missing feeling fit & healthy. Cannot be good for baby or me for me to be such a lump.
