Ive been wearing them during the day since Friday , and have noticed a slight difference, as in not retching up(yes TMI I know). Ive noticed I have a bruised tender like feeling in both my hands were the the thumb meets the hand. I thought it was may be I had slept on my hands, but the pain is in both hands in the same area. I dont wear the bands at night, but is it to much to have them on all day? Its just I prefer not to be running to the loo 5 times a day or more.

I had this problem with them as well. I think it's worse if you use a keyboard/mouse all day 'cos they're putting pressure on all the tendons in your wrists every time you move your fingers. I didn't find a solution other than cutting down the amount of time I wore them ie wearing them just at my worst times for sickness. I now have acupuncture once a week which works just as well as wearing the bands all the time. (costs a bleedin' fortune though!) Sorry not to have a good solution for you

could be carapl tunnel too?
I wore sick bands 24/7 for 35 weeks and had no adverse affects

ahh bums hope its not carpel tunnel, I had deqourvain tendonitis on the other side of the thumb year or more ago and was taken away with ultra sound and acupuncture, but I suffered with needle shock, so a bit wary of doing Acupuncture again.

Havent actually used pc much the last few weeks.

Im sitting here reluctant to take them off !!!!!
