So I'm 25 weeks. I've been getting since yesterday, a feeling of achyness and pressure really low into my pelvis. I have also been having pains, the baby is moving fine, seems lower though. I also suffered from severe heartburn which has also eased off if that could be linked? I have unbelievable lower back pain to. Any ideas? My backs agony and this heavyness in my pelvis is making me walk like a penguin! This is my 2nd and never experienced this with DS1

Sounds like pelvic girdle pain, best speaking to your midwife about it.

that happened to me when baby moved from breech to head down the heartburn went cause baby wasn't pushing on my stomach and the achy pressure is babys head down there.

You should check with GP incase it is PGP they might be able to help

I spoke to gp and she said something about pelvic pain and getting physio? My symptoms... Pain in low back, round my hips, feels like my pelvis is being split apart. Hard to walk and move, cannot get comfy no matter what. Not too painful in morning, but after I've done cleaning, college, looked after DS1 and dinner, its agony.

You might find the Pelvic Partnership pages handy.
Also, there's a thread somewhere on PGP/SPD. Possibly this one. They might be able to give you some good tips. Physio is def. the way forward from what I can tell. They can give you access to support belts, crutches and gentle exercises that might help.
Hope you can get some relief soon...
