which one is better pregnancy yoga or pilates?

dozey I'm starting both at 31 weeks when i go on maternity leave. Apparently you have to do them differently than early pregnancy and most centres cater for 'late pregnancy' yoga and pilates, but any time after 12 weeks is fine to start I have read.

Pregnancy pilates is good for mobility and alleviating aches and pains (especially back pain) - I found pregnancy yoga better for breathing techniques and stretching out. Did both in both pregnancies from around 14 weeks - pregnancy yoga was better in later stages in my experience but different people like different things.
