Finding the time for pregnancy pilates/yoga with small DD

I am 21+1 with DC2. She's 14 1/2 months old, and we're pretty busy in the day times with playgroups. How can I find the time to do a pilates/yoga dvd at home ? is it a good option to try when she's in bed (usually 7pm) or is this a little too late to workout the body after a long day?

Also want to look into a class i can go to, but have to arrange childcare for an hour or so...

If you have the energy then why not, my pilates class is in the evening and there was a pregnant lady in our group. If you have not done pilates or yoga before then i would recommend a class as you could really hurt yourself if you dont do the exercises properly.

Do it when she's in bed (7pm is fine - its not going to be exerting you or your baby too much - though may wake them up abit) or at the weekend when your partner or family can keep an eye on her for abit - I went to a pregnancy yoga class on sundays when pregnant with DS2, meant DH and DS1 had some quality time while I had some me time too.
