Pregnancy sickness getting to me

So sick. Not been able to go to work today. I am 8 weeks, was quite sick in last pregnancy. I just keep being sick. I have lost 2-3lbs, I can't even drink without puking. I have managed half cup of tea today, some of that came back up.

I have a constant headache and today started to feel dizzy. Do I need to go to doctors? I haven't booked in with midwife yet.

Didn't want to leave your post in answered deff go 2 docs as they can prescribe u anti sickness tablets esp that u can't even keep drink down. I've had it with all 3 pregnancies they will check your urine for something called ketones. So deff worth trip to doctors as if you leave it 2 long u will end up in hospital on drip 2 rehydrate u. I found the tablets helped along with sprite and a rich tea biscuit before I get out of bed helps.
