Gah. Have just been sick AGAIN. Have ha evening nausea for weeks but now I am being sick all times of day or night. Before breakfast? Sick. After breakfast? Sick? Had a biscuit? Sick... See a pattern developing?

Dr says it is normal as stomach has shrunk and is basically 90% feet but surely I should be able to keep down a bowl of runny potato soup?

36 weeks and so upset at not being able to eat. So far today have managed to keep down apple sauce and a very small baked potato (bland theme you see). It's not exactly a gourmand's delight is it?

End of rant.

Oh poor poor you. I am third trimester and still being sick too. Horrid isn't it? And the constant nausea... it's so bloody unfair!

Sad

Are we CURSED? Am sure we should be glowing at prenatal yoga classes not locked in the bathroom praying for deliverance...

Damn potatoes...

I feel for you, have been there.

If it's any help at all, DD1 was born at 38 weeks. You may only have 2 weeks to go and then you will forget (mostly) how horrendous it was.

Thanks LadyB 38 weeks would be lovely...

And then of course, dd was 3 weeks late...

Are you taking Gaviscon/similar anti-heartburn stuff?
I've been throwing up too which is a problem as my meds then don't work, and docs advised I have 5-10ml Gaviscon after everthing I eat even if I don't feel heartburn, as the slightest bit of it can trigger nausea/vomiting.

Seems to help - haven't thrown up for a week. Though can't take too much of it as get cramps and other lovely gut effects...

Hi notcitrus thanks but yes, currently downing a small bottle of gaviscon a day Blush. Helps with the searing pain but not with the actual sick reflex IYSWM...
