Octopus?

Baby kicks right down at the bottom AND right at the top of my bump, 4 inches above my belly button. What sort of strange position is he in? Could I be pregnant with an octopus? I'm only 24 weeks, can they still do tests for that?

Breech?

My DD was oblique, breech and transverse and she felt similar

Your MW can easily check the position by palpating your bump

I'm 30 weeks and the majority of movements I'm feeling are very low down, I get wolloped in the hips and bladder a ridiculous number of times a day. Could this signify a breech too? My bump appears pretty small too, though measured fine 2 weeks ago. I've had 2 back to back babies and thought that was as wonky a presentation as I could get.

My first was breech and sometimes when he kicked it felt like his leg would poke out of my hoo ha.
