Really worried about scan tomorrow

I think I'm irrationally concerned about my first scan tomorrow. I'm 13/14 wks pregnant and all symptoms seem to have disappeared, I can't remember how I was feeling at this stage with DD. friends say I look great, no bump etc so now I'm worried!

I had a miscarriage immediately before so have convinced myself something will be wrong.

Sorry just rambling really and DH is at work so fretting away to myself.

I remember feeling nervous before I had my scan because I was convinced they wouldn't find anything there. I think a lot of women are worried about this but having gone through a miscarriage it's no doubt amplified the worry for you.

Just have a relaxing evening and try not to worry - it should be an exciting time! But I guess no matter how many people say that it's not going to change how you feel. Put your feet up and take care of yourself tonight.

Everything will be OK.
