So I'm 24+5 and today I have a constant heavyness achy feeling really low down, I hardly slept last night due to pains and unable to get comfy. I have felt movement still, I have low bk pain but that is nothing out of the ordinary. Any ideas?

Could the baby have moved down really low in your pelvis? I am a bit further on than you but around 28 weeks the baby moved and got itself into a position so low down I could hardly sit down comfortably. It moved up again a day or so later which totally relieved the feeling.

With the aches and pains I'd give your MW or GP a call just for reassurance it's not something else.

Hope you feel better soon!

Thankyou, erm could be because he's moved down,I was feeling the movements really low the other day. Its just so uncomfortable and I can't remember this with DS1. And he engaged 2/5ths really early

My pelvis pain started at week 18 and baby has been really low the whole time.

You are possible suffering of Pelvic Girdle Pain.
Talk to your midwife and she can refer you to the physio.
