Help - is this normal? Spotting 3rd trimester - TMI

Spotting this evening and slight cramps after Sex. Freaking me out to be honest. Phoned the midwife and she said to keep an eye on it and phone back if cramps or bleeding worse or water breaks.

Baby moving OK.

This whole pregnancy thing so worrying...

Anyone else had spotting after sex in 3rd trimester? Have got self in a right old flap about it.

hello currently lying down in bed because of cramps and spotting afte sex so yes i have it!. I also had the spotting a few weeks ago and was todl afte being checked it was cervical irritation whcih is common after sex

Thanks for replying... Sorry you feel bad right now. Am on the sofa with a hot water bottle and trying not to freak out that am having a BABY at some point...
