stretch marks on previous belly button piercing

I took my belly bar out when pregnant with DD1, and i got minimal stretchmarks only around this area.. (few tiny ones on boobs too)

does this necessarily mean they the stretch marks will stretch even more? The bit of thin skin where my piercing was has gone a bit red the past few days, i moisturise daily, and im only 20+5........ I didn't get the stretchmarks until i was due with DD

Same story, when pregnant with DS I got a small stretchmark where the piercing had been. (And on my boobs, but that was when I was all done being pregnant and the milk came in...)

Sorry to say this time I've got a bigger stretchmark by the piercing (but DS was born at 36wks, am now 37+3 and a LOT bigger than last time all over).
