Hi all, sorry if similar has been posted elsewhere. I'm currently 32 weeks and am starting to have really bad back ache - nothing suprising there but it is accompanied by pains that stab across my bump. These feel like a stitch but are not in the usual stitch position and are not associated with exercise (trust me on that!). I'm pretty sure that they're linked to changes in posture but just want a sounding board before I decide to panic. Bubs is still kicking away as strong as ever. Seem usual?

Not sure was going to say braxton hicks but they shouldn't b painful. Give labour ward a ring, they're brilliant and take any concerns seriously even if its just to give u a once over. :) don't panic speak to someone with some know how x

I'd say it was just your muscles complaining, it happened to me too, but you probably ought to get it checked out just to be on the safe side.
