I know it's slightly sad strange to admit but I love One Born Every Minute and can't wait for the new series to start tomorrow.

I'll be watching even though I'm 30 weeks pregnant and it's bound to put the fear of god into me, will you?

OBEM was the entirety of my ante natal classes with dd1 and will be my refresher course with dd2 (currently 31 weeks pg!). No need for NCT here :)

I love it!

VeronicaSpeedwell · 03/01/2012 17:25

Eek, I've just visited the website and they have one Series 3 video clip up already, about forceps. I haven't looked!

MiauMau · 03/01/2012 17:27

guinealady I doubt my DP would ever watch it willingly :o

Hicidycup · 03/01/2012 17:31

When is it on again? I loved it last time Grin

MrsCog · 03/01/2012 17:31

I'm 31 weeks and really can't wait - have watched the 2 previous series, and always have a little tear for every baby that's born - I'm going to be a blubbering wreck this time!

Also going to try and get DH to watch as 'education'!

Bearcrumble · 03/01/2012 17:37

Flissplaps I was also pregnant during season 1 (I actually watched the NICU episode in the family room when DS was in SCBU) and I'm 26 weeks on Friday!

MiauMau · 03/01/2012 17:45

It will be interesting to watch it pregnant, or maybe not so much (34 weeks today!)

Sandra2011 · 03/01/2012 17:49

Oh yes. I love that show.

My husband is always telling me to turn it down because he doesn't like any of those screaming women :)

InsomniaQueen · 03/01/2012 17:49

DH and I will be watching tonight......he is actually looking forward to it. I was a bit Shock when he said that but it does make it easier as I'm sure it will help me write a birth plan for things I don't want to do!!!

Currently 29 weeks pregnant and starting to feel a bit 'wobbly' about things!!!

PeelingmyselfofftheCeiling · 03/01/2012 17:52

Not sure. Loved the 1st two series but might be a bit Sad at all the nice normal deliveries, mine was a relatively recent emcs under ga and my dh was away so neither of us were really present at mine! Often get a bit teary when I see friends' new babies in hospital photos. Will probably watch under a mountain of snot tbh!Grin

Hicidycup · 03/01/2012 17:56

insomnia I can't find it on tonight. What channel is it on?

LilPud · 03/01/2012 17:59

I have set it to record the series but still haven't fully decided whether I can actually watch it or not. With series 1 and 2 I was always in tears by the end of every show and would be telling DH I couldn't never do it!

This series I'm 29 weeks pregnant and now that 2012 (the year I actually have to do it) has arrived it's starting to prey on my mind a bit - will this program help or send to a straight jacket??? I do want to see the babies tho and find out their names Confused

LilPud · 03/01/2012 18:00

could never

InsomniaQueen · 03/01/2012 18:01

Just checked my planner and it's coming up as Wednesday 9pm Channel 4.

Funnily enough the advert just came up!!

festivefiggy · 03/01/2012 18:11

Aw I didn't know it was back, I watched if when pregnant and found it strangely informative. DS now 12 days old but it's got me hooked

Spuddybean · 03/01/2012 18:31

i have never seen it but will watch it now (i'm only 6 wks). Doubt i'll ever convince DP tho :(

Sebsosmummy · 03/01/2012 18:37

I'll be watching it but am I the only one that thinks some of the people on there aren't right in the head?

Flisspaps · 03/01/2012 19:08

How do you mean?

QED · 03/01/2012 19:13

I'll be watching it even though my youngest is 6 and I have no plans for any more children :)

bemybebe · 03/01/2012 19:15

The episode with a lady who was terrified of pain, yet being denied an epi "because it is too early" only to discover later that she was back to back and ready to push (MW spent all their time crunching biscuits) put me off this series... Hmm

ohdarcy · 03/01/2012 19:25

Yes! I love it and did watch most of the last season when i was pregnant with ds2 but was nearing my dd towards the end and found i couldn't watch the last couple!

eastnorth · 03/01/2012 21:28

Is it the english one ?

MiauMau · 03/01/2012 21:56

MiauMau · 03/01/2012 21:57

kiki22 · 03/01/2012 22:03

im 37 weeks tomoro and will be watching my theory is watch all the pain and screaming then when you see the womans face when she first see's the baby will make it seem less scary will be holding on to that picture for the next few weeks.
