I know it's slightly sad strange to admit but I love One Born Every Minute and can't wait for the new series to start tomorrow.

I'll be watching even though I'm 30 weeks pregnant and it's bound to put the fear of god into me, will you?

Just makes you wonder how he's going to react when the baby wakes up screaming for the eleventh time that night and he has to go to work in the morning?

bigeyes · 04/01/2012 21:46

Oh not dared to watch until now I'm in third trimester, I just cried so much at that forceps delivery, my birth anxiety.

I was given a section date yesterday I am so pleased after seeing that.

lostinwales · 04/01/2012 21:46

I remember how time stood still and all I could see was DH's face and he looked totally lost, man that first cry was amazing.

BadDayAtTheOrifice · 04/01/2012 21:46

If only he'd listened to what the mw had to say, then asked to see his baby?

festi · 04/01/2012 21:46

mr. Angry. Feel sorry for that sweet girl.

kdiddy · 04/01/2012 21:46

Hmm so this is where watching OBEM at 38+3 is not the best idea really! That was stressful ...

TheElDudeBrothers · 04/01/2012 21:47

In my book that dad shouldn't be let back onto the ward, he clearly hasn't got any self control over his reactions. What a complete dick.

CatPussRoastingByAnOpenFire · 04/01/2012 21:47

I think you are being very hard! He's socially inept and not very bright. That doesn't make Him a bad person! He's upset and coping badly that's all!

PoultryInMotion · 04/01/2012 21:47

No need for that aggression even if he is scared. Smacks of immaturity.

Pishtushette · 04/01/2012 21:48

He was acting like a spoilt child. I guess we all handle emotion in a different way. He's had a difficult upbringing so probably has lots of aggression stored up.

I'm not condoning his behaviour BTW.

shagmundfreud · 04/01/2012 21:48

Why didn't a member of staff come and tell him what was happening?

Sad
VivaLeBeaver · 04/01/2012 21:49

Midwife won't remove him as if she tried he'd probably thump her. Security bloke will be busy in a&e and won't come.

Hopefully he will calm down. Not a good reaction but guess he's worried. Most people don't react like that though. Think midwife could have told him in a slightly better way though.

Saj30 · 04/01/2012 21:49

just catching the last bit of this, will watch it on channel +4, I'm 28 weeks pregnant, am I going to end up scaring myself even more though (first pregnancy) Confused

Garliccheesechips · 04/01/2012 21:49

Agree with the comments here. He is a total arsehole and I pity that poor young girl. How will he cope with the stress of a baby?

CestTout · 04/01/2012 21:50

I had the same thought Process as VikingBlood..

BadDayAtTheOrifice · 04/01/2012 21:50

They tried shag, he flipped and walked out before she' finished her second sentence

bigeyes · 04/01/2012 21:50

sailorsgal · 04/01/2012 21:51

Wow, he is a big boy.

lubeybooby · 04/01/2012 21:51

agree he is upset and coping badly, doesn't know how to handle it and is very confused

He isn't a bad lad - just can't handle the guilt and confusion from not being there

kdiddy · 04/01/2012 21:52
