comfy duvet recommendations for pregnant insomniac!

I admit I usually buy duvets that look nice and/or are easy to iron...but now I'm pregnant again its all about comfort! Can anyone recommend any sets that are really comfy to sleep on? Should I be going for 100% cotton? Are there different types of cotton that are comfier than others? What about thread count and silk/satin numbers? I just need a good night's sleep, help!

How does that help with insomnia?

I recently bought 500 thread count from House of Fraser sale and have to say they are pretty nice.

Nothing guarantees a good night sleep though....

I would agree with Sandra2011 buy very good cotton bedding as it washes very well and feels nice against hot pregnant skin. (The other cheaper option is to kick OH out of bed and then have the whole bed) xx

I saw jersey bedding in M&S it was soooo soft, kinda wish I picked it up, but I got lovely new plush pillows :D
