wierd pain 36 +3

have got this really sore pain down kinda behind my pebic bone between my legs but inside, it's kinda sharp and comes and goes anyone any idea what it is?

everyone keeps saying oh the babys not comin is he and i don't know how as this is my first but pretty certain it's not labour related but wonderin what it could be? worse when baby moves so i'm guessing he's pressing on something??

Any guess or advice would be helpful.

I've had this from about 36 weeks (I'm 39 weeks tomorrow!), my MW said it was baby lowering/engaging. She described it as 'a red hot poker stabbing in your vagina', nice eh? Xmas Grin
My baby was 4/5th enagaged at my 36 week appointment, and 2/5ths at my 38 week appointment last Thursday, so I am sure that is what the pains were.

thank you i think you are right had my 36 week app wed and it was 4/5 so hopefully it's the same thing :)
