How early did you have any symptoms of pregnancy?

I think I'm probably being ridiculous. I ovulated on Monday. I've been feeling a bit nauseous and slightly crampy/achy in the stomach area and rather tired yesterday and more so today. Is it remotely possible that I could have any pregnancy symptoms so early? I already have one child and didn't have any symptoms until about 6 weeks.

i didn't get any symptoms till about 8 weeks. Anything sooner than that was probably in my head

flowerflo · 29/12/2011 21:57

I didn't know I was pregnant but definitely started getting symptoms (with hindsight) at about 2-3 weeks.

Abcinthia · 29/12/2011 22:06

Probably at about 3 weeks.

MrsHoarder · 30/12/2011 00:09

Started feeling strange (didn't know why at the time) from around 3 weeks, realised it was pregnancy at 5 weeks.

LilPud · 30/12/2011 00:16

4 weeks for me - the day my period was due in fact. Don't recall anything either time before that.

brettgirl2 · 30/12/2011 08:10

9 days after I conceived - I felt hot and queasy. Definitely not in my head.

Alligatorpie · 30/12/2011 08:27

3 weeks with this pg, about 4-5 with the first.

joosiewoosie · 30/12/2011 09:38

I had a big hot sweat at 10 dpi. I had to sit by open french doors in the buff for 90 mins in Mid October. (luckily we are not overlooked!)
No other proper symptoms tho until 4/5 weeks in.

kickingking · 30/12/2011 09:40

First pregnancy, virtually symptomless

Second pregnancy, ridiculously tired and cramping at 4.5 weeks.

Never felt sick with either.

SlightlyScrambled · 30/12/2011 10:26

On my second pregnancy, I felt it about a week after ovulation. I got a sudden load of spots on my face and just 'felt' pregnant. The home test came up negative though, and rightly so as I wasn't far enough along. But I got spotting the very next week and HPT was positive then.

4weeks - sore breasts
5weeks - dire cramps
6weeks - BOOM morning sickness and ridiculous fatigue

OTTMummA · 30/12/2011 11:37

1st symptom was at about 3 weeks, but thought it was just pms, sore boobs etc, was waiting for my period to turn up but it has lasted until now, second symptom, fatigue around 5 weeks.

Looking back i had very tender breasts very early on with my first, but not as long as this time round.

broccolitrees · 30/12/2011 14:20

this time round,

nausea about 5 days post conception!
insomnia around 10 days post conception
pms, mild cramps and horrendous nausea around 4 weeks when period would be due
fatigue around 5 weeks and vomiting began around 7 weeks

likelucklove · 30/12/2011 20:37

I started to get mine at about 2 weeks, so just after implantation. Thought it was food poisoning (even though DP wasn't ill!) and had really sore boobs, lots of veins showing, and cramping way before my period normally started. Am now 30+5 with first baby :) Also just 'knew' I was pregnant - even bought a baby book much to my DPs amusement (who's laughing now?)

Good luck :)

MadMonkeys · 13/01/2012 19:27

Well, turns out I wasn't being ridiculous - I am pregnant Grin!!

Boomerwang · 13/01/2012 19:35

I've read that some people can even feel implantation take place. I didn't have any recognisable symptoms until about 6 weeks (doctor time or whatever it's called). I was a passenger in the car and felt a bit queasy. Fella suggested picking up a test.

Lo and behold...

Dalrymps · 13/01/2012 19:37

I cried at something I wouldn't usually have cried at a few days before my period was due. I just knew.

GingerbreadLatte · 13/01/2012 19:39
