when u have a ultrasound and they say the conception window was likely to be say end of JUNE how accurate is this??

A first trimester ultrasound is generally accurate within five days either side.

I had a scan at 9 weeks which told me i was 6 weeks 3 days. At 12 weeks, my dates based on last period and 12 week scan agreed. So I think very early scans can be out by 10 days or so.

I had a 7 week scan with my dd, which gave be a due date of 21st Oct. The 12 week scan then changed that to the 11th Oct, so a 10 day difference. In the end she arrived on the 16th, right in the middle.
