Strange buzzing feeling in groin..???

I am 27 weeks pg, all fine but for the past few days I have been feeling a very strange intermittent buzzing sensation low down in my groin. I have consulted dr google and it seems to be maybe related to sciatica? I have PGP so was wondering if it was something to do with this??? Any ideas anyone? It is most bizarre..

No expert, but it's possibly the PGP. Basically just bumping you in the hopes a PGP sufferer comes along to reassure you...good luck xxx
