I had an ectopic pregnancy years ago but did not end up having the tube removed they just cleaned it out and stuck me back together. Iwas warned I had a high risk of future ectopics. So we have started trying for a baby recently and this period was very very light and accompanied by very painful breasts and nipples. The bleed lasted just under 2 days and stopped suddenly without tailing off. The breast tenderness continued. I saw my gp and they did urgent hcg tests 4 days ago with a result

You need to go to a&e and have your hcg levels checked again. Good luck.

Good luck with getting checked, am in a similar boat (wish we weren't) but definitely get looked at, the chances of a second ep are higher once you've had one. Will be thinking about you xx

Hi Kezz, have you contacted your GP or anyone? I've been to A+E today and am getting an early scan tmw, partly to put my mind at rest...it's one way to check for sure once your hcg levels have been determined. Hope all goes well for you, whatever you do get checked for your own peace of mind XX
