I've actually slept through the night for the past week and was nearly celebrating the end of my first trimester insomnia, when here I am, awake since 3:30. Morning everyone!
Think this might be to do with food. I haven't been eating "well" for the past couple of weeks - just snacking and not eating proper meals. Last night was actually hungry at dinner time so had a proper meal and hey presto, insomnia returns! Now I think of it, I do have a weird feeling in my tummy and an insatiable desire for Benedicts mints, so perhaps this is indigestion.
