Constant sickness any help or advice

Help any magic wands? No Im starting to feel really really down about this I'm about 17 weeks and still being sick very constantly.

It's not as bad now as it was a few weeks ago could barely keep water let alone food down but I'm being sick all the time if I eat things again :(.

The doctors did give me some tablets which kind of saved my life or sanity at least but they are also used as a sedative apparently and they made me so sleepy. So when taking two a day yes I could eat but was spending 12+ hours asleep in one go.

I'm being sick straight after eating anything again and I know these tablets would stop it but I honestly can't spend whole day in bed this week.

Is there anything else they can give me which would help or if any of you have any tips I would be super grateful but in the nicest way possible I'm done with the ginger chuffing biscuits recommendation.

Many thanks

Travel sickness bands worked wonders for me but I wasn't actually throwing up just constantly feeling sick. Hope you are feeling better soon. xx

There are other things they can give you. Head over to the wonderful 'hyperemesis support thread' and the lovely ladies there will advise. Poor you x
