That's it -and tired and in pain due to PGp (well literally a pain in the bum as muscles all swollen).

Anyone else had a return of this? Haven't been sick but feel sick and yucky and 1st trimester like. Any tips?

It's horrid and really normal. I think your hormonal level starts to rise again prior to giving birth, I have been through the same thing a few times too. I also experienced very loose bowel movements, to the point of diarrhoea on a few occasions. If you are very uncomfortable then ring your midwife, but as I remember it's fairly normal Xmas Smile

Im 27 weeks and my sickness has started up again too. I spoke to the midwife yesterday and she looked at me knowingly and just said, "ahhh yes" which Im guessing meant it is actually quite common, or certainly not unheard of. She told me that if it got unbearable to come and see her, but otherwise revert back to first 12 weeks behaviour of useless ginger biscuits and seabands etc. I hope you feel better soon and its just a really short, temporary blip for you

I had this too and was told to snack small and often - great over xmas with nibbles all over the house. Hope you feel better soon

I'm just 34 weeks and started to feel queasy again a couple of weeks ago. I've been ill a few times and get really sick if I eat a full meal and was also advised little and often as candrcane mentioned. There's just not much space in there.

Not always successful at thinking with my stomach and not my eyes - got carried away with a chocolate yule log last week and really paid for it Xmas Hmm

Also the crushing tiredness from trimester one is back.

Oh poor you!

I was sick as a dog for the first 5.5 months, then fine for a short while and before I could heave a sigh of relief the nausea returned at 7 months and stayed with me till the end! Bliah!

Nothing helped me so I am afraid I don't have any good ideas for you. Hang in there, only a little while to go yet!

yes, me too! is it your first or second or later pregnancy? this is my second. first time round only had sickness till 13 weeks, this time had it for longer, and it's come back in 3rd trimester. Quite a few friends reported same thing. Horrible! and I also have PGP. It gets to point in 3rd trimester where you think 'I could stand one of these problems but not all of them all at once'.

have you tried rennies or gaviscon? I found they didn't help 1st trimester sickness but do help a bit now. don't worry, you're nearly there, and everything should taste great once baby is born!

second pregnancy - but comforting to know that others suffering too. the whole fatigue/nausea thing is very first trimester. I suppose only useful thing about being housebound this week is that I am around to collect xmas deliveries.
