Just wondering what the midwife will do at her home visit. She is due to come Wednesday morning and said it will take around an hour im 12 weeks pregnant and I have no recollection of having a home visit last time or of her saying I needed one at the booking in appointment (although that means very little as I have an awful memory!)

I'm 35 weeks and haven't had a home visit.

All my sisters mw appointments were at her home.

So it varies.

I had my 34 week Home Visit yesterday, she only came out because they were no appointments in her clinic this week. All she did was the same as usual, BP, urine, 'are you ok?' and had a feel, a measure and a listen. Have you had your dating scan yet? sometimes they like to chat about the scan results with you.
