33wk in alot of pain when walk/stand

2nd baby, I'm between 33-36wk preg. All been well up to now hav a compact small bump (measuring at 30wk) but my prob is its really painful to stand/walk. Different feeling to pressure in bits (sorry!!) making me waddle!! And hurts like hell!
When sat down hav no pain at all!

Any advice or idea what is?

Pubic symphysis dysfunction?

ask to be referred to a physio.

Was thinking SPD too. That link should give you a good overview. Ask your GP/MW for a physio referal and go and see them first. LO could just be pressing on something you're not happy with, BUT it could be SPD. There's plenty of tips and aids they can give you to help ease the pain. One other thing to think about with SPD is birthing positions...
Pelvic Partnership has an excellent overview of everything, including preferred birthing positions to help ease pain.
