Sore nipples

I know this is slightly tmi.. I'm 18 weeks pregnant and my nipples are so sore.. They feel like they are pushing out some how, they sting so much and are boiling hot. Anyone else Had the same problem ???

I've had a similar problem, itchy nipples! Turns out it was my nipples growing (and no, not my areolas before anyone thinks they're being smart and tries to say that's what it was). I think my nipples are now twice the size of what they were, but as they were nice and petite to begin with I put it down to them transforming themselves into baby suckling size.
