...title says it all, really. Just thought I might save someone else from ruining the ONE nearly comfortable sleep-position: at 34 wks, I can really only sleep on my left side. This morning, went to get the jab, and got it in my left arm out of habit as I'm right-handed. Only just discovered my left arm is too sore to sleep on. AGRH!

It will only be sore for two days or so. I know that's not much comfort - but better than flu!

Good tip. :)

Northern: I know... And there are worse pains to be had, am just so annoyed with myself because I'm barely sleeping as it is, and now I've just made it even more difficult. Anyway - just having a little moan and hoping I might save someone else from making the same mistake. :)

Do you recon it might be easier to sleep if you put a pillow under that side so your sort of leaning on it?

I know it's not amusing for you Brood, but this did make me smile. I am having mine on Monday and will try to remember to ask for my right arm. Thanks for the tip Biscuit
