So yea, the title says it, I already have a 2 and half year old boy, and found out this morning its another boy! I can't get the smile off my face. Just what I wanted! What's it like to have 2 boys?

Congratulations! I love having two boys and mine were similar ages to yours 2yrs 7mths apart. They are the best of friends!

Congratulations! Having two children is rather marvellous because you're not just becoming parents again, you're watching your much adored pfb become a brother too. Even at 14wo, baby ds adores his sister like nothing else. He watches her with affection and giggles and at the grand old age of 4, dd has spent the last two weeks at school making him a stocking. She is SO proud of herself and him. I love how much she loves him.

Aww that's lovely! People keep saying bet u want a girl. And I really don't. I love my little boy so much that another boy would be perfect. He makes me smile, so cheeky and boisterous yet loving. And it makes me feel very proud when him and his dad play fight and do things together, so iv already planned trips out for the 3 of them to football and that. While I go for a manicure ;) lol.its just names we're stuck on! I was hoping for a boy so much I'd already picked out all his clothes, furniture and wallpaper lol. Nothing for the girls but a name. Soo happy :D

Congratulations!

I'm pregnant with my second boy and there will be a 19 month age gap. I feel like I won the lottery! :)

marge2 · 14/12/2011 13:59

My 2 boys fight like wild animals all day long!! 21 months apart. GOOD LUCK!

SomekindofSpanish · 14/12/2011 13:59

There's a thread going on at the moment about having a boy and many of us are on there with more than 1 (I have 3).

SomekindofSpanish · 14/12/2011 14:00

Sorry, wanted to say it is a positive thread Grin.

SomekindofSpanish · 14/12/2011 14:02

Finally, don't plan the football trips yet - none of my DSs like footie (10,6 &4). Then again, neither does DH.

yummicheddars · 14/12/2011 14:02

Aww thankyou! There will be near enough 3 years when its born, I am so excited to! I'm only 21 but we had planned to not have another. We're both set on getting careers and that. But I am so unbelievably happy, I was very broody. I'm a student to be a nurse/paramedic and he's an electrician, but can still have kids and a career :)

Congratulations well I wouldn't no what its like having 2 boys I have 2 dd a 3 yrs and 20m and at times they are a nightmare fighting over toys arggg I suppose that's girls for you. They can be loving sometimes lol.

yummicheddars · 14/12/2011 15:03

I think I'm dreaming of fantasy land really arnt I? Thinking no arguments just happily playing together, and having nice lads days out with their dad..not so sure now. Lads are more likely to have an actual fight, oh god. Ahh ill worry about that when their old enough for the time being I'll just dream ;)
