Morning sickness recurring at 30wks or a bug?

Have been vomiting vigorously all morning after a break of several months.

Is there any chance this is morning sickness again? Or do I assume I have a sickness bug?
Also very runny poos (sorry tmi) but not headachy / dizzy as I usually am with food poisoning etc.

I have a party 2 hours away tomorrow which I really don't want to miss. Also a flu jab, although when I called to ask about that receptionist said "as long as you're not actually sick on the floor you'll be fine to come in for that!"

I'm 30 weeks pg.

Think it sounds like a bug too. My sister's had something similar for the last couple of days, plus it's norovirus season.

Hope you feel better soon.

Bollocks. I suppose you're probably right. Just seems horrendous bad luck.

Not helped by baby using my innards as a trampoline.

It could be morning sickness. Mine returned at 30 weeks, I asked the midwife and apparently due to the changing hormones in the third trimester it can, for some unlucky souls, return.

No one told me about this! Or the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome!
