...are you getting excited/nervous?

I'm 34 weeks today and this will be my second DC. I can't believe how quickly the time has gone.

I've started my hospital bag and thats about it really! We've been so busy that we haven't even done her nursery :(

I'm starting to feel really uncomfy, though! I haven't developed 'the waddle' but I sure do get out of breath quickly!

34wks here too, DC1 though, and with a touch of pregnancy insomnia...at least I've only been awake for about 90mins so far and I'm lucky I didn't wake earlier.

Got mybag partially packed by 30wks and then a little more emergency packed at 31wks as I was having contractions thanks to a UTI (got karted in by ambulance). Nowt like that to make you realise they really can come any time!

Also have the lung capacity of a toddler. Waddle depends on where LOs head it, she's still flipping about...pesky critter!

I work in a supermarket, but as soon as I found out I was pg I postponed all my leave, asked them to give me lieu instead of paying me overtime and hadn't taken any bank holiday accrual, so ended up with a shed load of time to take. So am already off of work (no way in hell I was working the xmas rush).

You're 100% welcome to join us on the [[http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/antenatal_clubs/1353545-January-2012-Will-any-of-us-deliver-before-Father-Christmas January antenatal thread] too. We're a fairly friendly and chatty bunch...

I'm 34 weeks too :)

I'm still at work so have no bag packed, no cot up etc. . This is dc3 for me.

Once I finish work it will be all systems go.

35 weeks today. No bag packed, no cot - in fact, we've only just moved house so the baby's clothes and moses basket etc are still buried under piles of crap! I think I'm in denial too... Wink

I am nervous whenever I think that this little one has to somehow come out (DC1 here), but as I'm increasingly exhausted, waddling and whining I can see how I'll just be desperate not to be pregnant any more in a few weeks time!!

Im 34 weeks tomorrow! Finished work last Friday :) Nearly finished the nursery & am frantically trying to sort Christmas things for my other 2 DC....got a pile (4 massive piles) actually of crap/clothes/books on the landing I need to find a home for/throw away/give away....just the Christmas food shop, presents to wrap, hospital bags to pack....baby clothes to wash....house to clean arghhh!!..Also had a false alarm with labour! Which really does make you realise that these babies can arrive at any time!..Happy Christmas Xmas Smile
