So for the past week, I've had a really bad headache which paracetamol will not touch. Its making me feel sick and loss of appetite. Something to worry about?

I've had similar thing all week, also my balance have been off. Been to GP who told me its nothing to worry about just another pregnancy symptom. It depends how far along you are and also do you know your BP as serve headache and high BP can be an issue. If in doubt get it checked out.
My headache for some reason gets much worse at night which makes it hard to sleep, I've been told it may be stress related, 'so try not to worry'. Have these people even been pregnant???

Do speak to your doctor. How is your eyesight? More than likely it is just a bit of a bug or back/neck strain but I used to teach pregnancy classes and it is one thing that you ought to have checked out - although it is most likely to be nothing to worry about

I had terrible headaches for weeks which paracetemol did nothing for; it turned out to be dehydration causing them. Now I drink more fluids than I would have thought possible (or wise!) in a day and I feel a lot better.

Have drank a big bottle of water today. Not helped, will drink more because been drinking a lot of coke which can dehydrate you. Just strange because its not been excessive! I'm 20+2 weeks

Its hurting SO much. Took some paracetamol and still not even touched 1 percent of the pain. Making me wanna be sick..and I'm pretty sure earlier when I stood up I had loads of black spots wiggling about in my vision, which does seem a little less focused. I had pre-clampsia at 40+ 7 with my first, will see if its eased tomorrow after a good sleep
