Hi, I did post on another thread but just wondered if anyone knew what they would do at the growth scan if it turns out the baby is too small?

Given that you are already full-term (over 37 weeks), if they think there is a problem e.g. your placenta isn't giving the baby the nourishment that it needs, they will induce you. Try not to worry, the growth scan is just a precaution and the likelihood is that all is fine. If there are any issues, the baby is cooked and can be whippped out anytime!

i wouldnt worry to much i was measuring lfd's went for a scan the sonographer was very disparaging of scans for growth as you cant really tell from measuring bumps. baby was bang on for dates i just have a big bump. its likely to be the same for you only you have a nice compact bump.
