39+6 and swollen glands

After feeling non-specifically "bleurgh" yesterday I have woken with a sore, swollen gland in my neck.

I planned to try and go to my GP tomorrow for a 40 wk antenatal appointment (I have shared care between midwives and my GP), but my surgery is pretty lame and there is no guarantee I'll get an appointment before the weekend.

Apart from feeling a bit below par, I feel I can soldier on. Anyone think I need to be more concerned?

Just sounds you might be a bit under the weather but might be best to double check if u are going for a check anyway.
