help need some inspiration here. I don't feel like running which is what i did before, the sea is freezing and I don't feel like surfing, it's too windy to go for a walk (it really is), swimming pools make me wheeze with all their chlorine and I got the erin o connor pregnancy fitness dvd off ebay and it makes me want to throw it out the window! Does anyone know any good pregnancy pilates downloads I can find on the internet, or know of anything in East or West Wittering area that I can do? Or shall I just lay on the sofa until the wind stops blowing? Is anyone else in this predicament?

Well I was doing triathlon training before got preg (but in relaxed way) and now have transferred my exercise indoors. At gym run/ bike and pool swim. Also few weights chucked in for variety. Too be honest am finding it all v tiring, but do enjoy it and feel it is good for me to do too.

Thinking about preg yoga class in Jan, or buying yoga DVD for home. Might that work for you? Did pilates through the last 2 pregnancies and it was really good, may go back to it but was doing 1 to 1 equipment sessions and was getting bit expensive.

hi kate yes i have moved from my pilates lady and did the equipment and loved it so may make the 40 min journey to do it still as I really like the lady and don't know anyone nearer. I have moved to a bungalow and don't even have any stairs to run up and down! Am the queen of making my own gym usually. okay I am up, and going to do some pilates off my own lazy back! That sounds exhausting just thinking about it, but good for you although do rest if you feel too tired x

I manage a women's workout centre called curves it's a fantastic workout and fine to do when pregnant. Go on curves.co.uk pop your postcode in and see if there's one close to you. they are everywhere so there's more than likely one not to far x
