Bleeding and pulling pain at 10w5d. Good u/s 3 days ago. Advise needed?

Hi! I had unexpected red blood bleeding last week at 10w1d. I had no pain and bleeding stopped within a couple of hours. I went for u/s and everything was fine - baby with heartbeat. I stopped worrying but today I started to have strong puling pains and pinkish brownish discharge. I went to bed straight away and this pain was coming and going. I feel it in the lower abdomen and inside vagina. First time around I had no sex days before the bleed but today we had it about 7 hours before the pain and spotting started. Any ideas?

Think you need to get checked out again. The pains not a good sign. And try not to have sex for a few weeks. I bled from 6-10 weeks with cramping. And was advised to rest and have no sex

I agree that the pain is not a good sign. The ultrasound is only relevant at the time it was performed.
Think you should get checked out

Hopefully it is just due to having sex, but you must get yourself checked out or you will worry, maybe without needing to. Take care x
