Just over 10 weeks and...

...i am already showing. I think. Well its my first baby and i am usually a size 8-10. I have been eating a bit more than usual and toilet habits are fairly regular except from the odd bout of constipation. A stranger has already commented on my "bump" yet i was under the impression you don't show later on in your first pregnancy. Has anyone else experienced this? And cud i jus b bloated? Seems bigger at nyt aswell. Sorry for random babbling!

I was showing at my twelve week scan. In fact a couple of my friends, when we went to the pub for a celebratory drink after our scan (we'd lost two babies before so it was an accomplishment) asked my ex husband if i was pregnant because i was showing so much. I was gigantic by 30 weeks, it felt like here comes the bump, wait a minute and then here i am. but if anyone had said it at the time they might have found the sharp side of my tongue. My little boy was only 6pound 9 though (which is a good, healthy weight). And the fact that you are growing also shows that the baby is too, which should mean that there isnt anything wrong, so its a positive really. x

Yeah you will be bloated, I am 9 wks and by the end of the day the only thing that fits is my pjs. But when I wake up in the morning it has pretty much gone. I still can't fit in my normal trousers tho.
This is my 2nd baby but even with my first I was big really quickly, I think my stomach muscles are crap!!
Am also a bit constipated and feel very full all the time.

I was also ginormous Ellen and had a whopping 9lb 3oz babba despite being 5 ft and size 8. I looked ridiculous, like someone had shoved a beach ball up my top for comedy effect.
I loved it tho can't wait for proper bump again!!

I was the same. Couldn't wait to get home and into my PJ bottoms! Started using hair elastics on trouser buttons for a bit of give at 14 weeks because I was too small for maternity clothes but too big for my own! I also wonder if I just let it all hang out a bit more because I had an excuse instead of constantly sucking my tummy in

Aw thnx guys! Haha. I hav just been wearing long jumpers with tights and cutting them down the front so its not too tight haha. I have my scan a week on monday! Very excited!! Hehe :-)
