i am about 6-7 weeks pregnant, have horrendous nausea and wretching although only started vomiting this morning. i am completely knackered exhausted and can't be bothered to do anything, but have a shed load of stuff i need to be getting on with. i have managed to clear the living room floor of all dd's crafty bits but am now completely wiped out. does this sound familiar to anyone? Grin

Good morning, I am only 5 weeks and today have woke up feeling like I have not been to bed!!!. I have been feeling nauseous but only actually wretched once on sunday, stupid dog poo!!. I cannot be bothered today and have 2 very restless boys at home due to school strike Have been saying to them all morning when they ask for something "In a minute" lol.

Congratulations by the way, have you made your midwife appointment yet? Grin

hi going congrats to you too! Grin

i have a mw appt for next week but that's because i have a really complicated obstetric history and so am being seen early, but otherwise i don't think i would be seen til about 10 weeks or so. i am waiting for the gp to ring since he was supposed to make me an early scan appt too. that's a good excuse for doing nothing Grin

I'm at the other end - 40+12 today and being induced on Friday. Will have lots of visitors very soon, house is a tip and I'm on mumsnet on my phone, watching grey's anatomy and eating dairy milk!

Congratulations on pregnancy! The sickness is the worst and I have every sympathy with you. I hated it with a passion...

In the same boat, nearly 7 weeks. Have horrendous dizziness and sickness. Saw a doc yesterday who advised bed rest, isotonic drinks,no foods and anti-sickness drugs. I am so bored it is unreal.

I can't imagine how you ladies do this with other dc's, I feel lucky that this is my first so I can rest when I want.

6 weeks, sore boobs, horrid flemy cough and cold, no appetite and currently still in my pjs Blush MNetting and contemplating on wether to go to the cinema or not? hmmm.
I generally feel like shite, and want to sleep, but coughing and blocked nose are making it rather hard.
Im hoping it stops soon as work is going to be crazy these next few weeks, and i simply do not have the drive in me!
Congratulations BTW [smlie] lets think of positive things,, do you have a feeling of what the sex is?
I think im having another boy.

I'm just hitting that uncomfortable stage. 25 weeks and really cant be bothered today. Since I dragged my increasingly large ass into work i've done a grand total of nothing.

neshi · 30/11/2011 14:33

6 weeks here and all I want is my couch and a blanket...I have no strength to do nothing at all!! Was very tempted this morning to not take DS to nursery just because I didn't want to walk there and back!
It was the very same thing with the first pregnancy and I only got my energy back by 15 weeks...so if this is anything to go by I still have to wait for a while...everything feels like a major chore...

Add another bored person to the list - I'm 24 weeks and my pelvis hurts, mainly at night when I try and turn/move which means I'm a very tired person too. I do remember the first trimester tiredness tho and (thank god) it's not as bad as that!

There's almost no-one at work today (strike) and that is not helping (along with the fact I've done nowt)

broccolitrees · 30/11/2011 15:46

nice to know i am not the only one
congratulations to everyone!
so want to go back to bed - tried this afternoon, but the phone rang then had to collect a very grumpy dd from school. thankfully not having to cook tea as have been invited out, just hope it's something i can stomach
oh the doctors rang having early scan on saturday so hopefully it will show everything is ok and this grotty feeling is not for nothing (long complicated history)
