Please tell me I'm being stupid

I read that it was ok to eat cooked soft/rindy cheese and I'd been hankering after a baked camembert with breadsticks and crudites. We had PILs over today so it seemed like a good excuse to do it but now I'm really freaking out that I'm going to get listeriosis. I did it for 15 mins on 200 and it was very, very hot and runny when I took it out of the oven.

You are being stupid. First of all, it is extremely unlikely that the cheese was contaminated with listeria and even if it was, high temperature would have killed it off.

yep being silly. :)

Pretty much what winnybella said.

I agree with what they said - you only need to worry about unpasteurized, and pasteurization is done at 56degrees (or somethign similar, can't rmember the exact temp...)
