I'm 22+6 and weighed myself this morning (haven't done at all this preg
) I've been eating a lot of rubbish and thought weighing myself would give me an incentive to stop. Y'know because clearly my unborn baby isn't enough
.
When I weighed myself it showed that I've only put on 7lb since becoming pregnant. Now I can sort of understand because I've had 4 or 5 stomach bugs in this time but I honestly thought that everything I've eaten a LOT would have evened things out somewhat.
Should I be worried about this or is this actually a normal level of weight gain? Is it a valid reason to eat more? Baby is very active and appeared healthy and happy at the scan but I refuse to google this, it just results in fear and paranoia.
