bad back..maternity support band any good????

Just wondering if maternity support bands/belts are any good for a bad back!!
.....I don't have SPD thankfully but am suffering with my back..feels really stiff alot of the time & it is starting to slow me down. Thank you x

i have a pre-existing back condition which has been getting gradually worse as I get bigger and have found the band to be really helpful! just gives you that little bit of extra support when you're walking so you don't end up bending over backwards or anything else all day. Also try a birthing ball have found mine a godsend, can just sit on it while watching tv and seems to relieve most of the pain and its good for getting baby in to the right position! xxx
