I got one, named him henry. Hasnt cause any real problems tbh.

Ah mines named Paul.

And it's literally a pain in the arse!

Get some cream anulsol, because if you are havin baby natural I can only confirm that all that pushing will make it worse! Please don't be embarrass about telling the midwife especially after the baby try can give you stuff on the ward for it. And chances are they will see it anyway.

a friend of mine has also just got her 1st 1 lol she wasn't embarrassed to tell me at all, was more freaking out lol.

She also asked me if i knew if they went away after birth so would be interested in the answer to this.

Yeah they do settle down, first few days after labour they can be sore or maybe little worse with pushing but they shrink up.

Buy unfortunately they can keep makin an appearance

Mine were so bad after the birth of my daughter that I couldnt sit down or feel my stitches :( The one bit of advice I can give is after the birth if it is sore/ worse then get some proper prescription steroid cream/ suppositories because Anusol doesnt do a lot. They went as if by magic when I used the stuff prescribed by my lovely GP!
