Any chance this is not Gestational Diabetes?

Just got a call from the hospital about the results from my random blood sugar test at 28 weeks. Apparently my blood sugar was too high and I need to go back in on Monday for a Glucose Tolearance Test or something like that.

I'm scared now. Is there any chance I just randomly had a high blood sugar result?
Has anyone else had this and things turned our fine?

i went through this about 8weeks ago, my sugar test came back very high, cant remember exact numbers tho, i did the glucose test the following week, which is really boring btw make sure take a book or something. my results came back still abit on the high side but no diabetes.
Im sure someone will be along to explain more to you soon but from what i understand, depending on results you may be able to keep it under control by changing your diet. goodluck
