There is no more room inside me for little one to grow any bigger. It is trying to escape via my ribcage and lungs.

If it takes till 40 + weeks to arrive what are the actual chances of me splitting open like a scene from Alien?

It's okay, there's probably still some give in your organs. Kidneys and livers are pretty squishy. And if you're still able to breathe, there's some give left in your lungs too.

when the baby "drops" you should suddenly find you can breathe again... Then you can start walking like a penguin instead :)

Yes Teacup... I feel like a stuffed Turkey too! Started waddling around instead of walking. But at least I can breath again!

Hang in there girl, only a few more weeks and then you will miss all the movement in your belly

I'm 37+4, am managing to breathe (just) but eating is a nightmare, baby just jams her bum into my stomach and forces all the food back up! (sorry TMI) bleurgh...

I'm 27 weeks and already waddling like a penguin! Still getting heartburn though, I reckon this baby is going to be very, very long!
