Hi I am new so just working out how to use these boards.
I am trying for a baby and Im a year down and still nothing.
I appear to have come down with something and Im wondering if it may be early signs of pregnancy?
I have a terrible headache that pills wont get rid of, Im dizzy and have occasional sickness and strangely I find myself crying for nothing and Im so so tired, my whole body aches.
Anyone had these symptoms?

I can't say i ever had those kinda symptoms myself.
How many DPO are you?

do a pregnancy test if you think you may be pregnant only way to tell really.

Depends when in your cycle you are having the symptoms. Would have to be at least a week after ovulation so the egg had actually implanted to be pregnancy related, although it's more common to get symptoms around the time you period would be due.

As above, take a test - you could try a First Response as you can use those a few days before your period, although they can still give a false negative if you test early as everyone has different levels of hormone in their urine early on.

I was dizzy, tired and had a headaches a few days before my missed period.

I had this (and terrible cramps) on the day that I now think was 'implantation' day. I would wait 4 days and then take a test but make sure it's 'first pee of the day' as there's more HCG in your first pee.
